In conjunction with our construction monitoring services we provide our clients with document reviews including drawings and specifications followed by a report that includes our opinion of probable construction costs and a comparison to the bid figures provided by one or more general contractors. Our reports include an analysis of the completeness and compliance with industry standards for similar project types.

Financial ProForma

J. Hershey Architecture offers assistance to our clients for projects designed in-house; as well as, projects to be designed by other firms with a financial analysis that includes our opinion of all soft and hard costs. The financial ProForma may include a projected schedule and cash flow analysis from project conception to the final sale. We work with our clients to analyze the impact on profits and return rates by incorporating various financing strategies.
