We understand each property has a unique set of conditions; therefore, our reports are customized to meet the clients’ needs. Modified report types include Transition Studies and Site plus Clubhouse Studies. Unlike many of our competitors we may provide the design and bid document services for repair work if required.
We are active members of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM - Chicago), the Apartment Building Owners and Managers Association (ABOMA) and the Association of Condominium, Townhome and Homeowner Associations (ACTHA).
